Acknowledgement of Risks

I understand that participating in EVT Suppressed Range Day — Fall 2026 on October 24, 2026 at Ben Avery Shooting Facility, Phoenix, AZ involves handling and operating firearms — including suppressed and, in some cases, fully-automatic firearms — which carry inherent and significant risks that may result in physical injury, hearing or vision loss, property damage, or death. Risks include accidental or negligent discharge; firearm/ammunition malfunction; misuse by others; ricochets, fragments, hot brass, and debris; lead and noise exposure; and weather. I voluntarily and fully assume all such risks, including those associated with silencers and accessories.

Release of Liability

On behalf of myself and my heirs and assigns, I waive, release, and discharge EVT, its owners, employees, agents, vendors, sponsors, and affiliates from all liability, claims, and causes of action arising from any loss, damage, or injury, including death, sustained while participating — including claims arising from ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct; unenforceable provisions are severable.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless EVT and the parties above from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from my participation, including third-party claims resulting from my actions.

Rules & Safety Compliance

I agree to follow all staff/vendor safety instructions; wear hearing and eye protection on the line; not handle firearms under the influence of drugs or alcohol; handle only vendor-provided firearms (no personal firearms); and comply with all applicable laws. Failure to comply may result in removal without a refund.

Media Release

I grant EVT permission to use photographs, videos, or recordings of me from the event for promotional purposes, without compensation.

Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Arizona; venue in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Electronic Record & Signature Disclosure: I consent to conduct this transaction electronically. I agree that my electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my handwritten signature, and that this record may be retained and relied upon by East Valley Tactical. (ESIGN Act / UETA.)
